Editors Letter - Oct 23
We have officially been launched for a full month! (which I can't quite believe) This project has been a long time in the making. It has been beyond rewarding to work with such amazing, talented writers and to receive all the positive feedback from you, our readers - it has made all the hard work worth it. I cannot wait to see how this project grows and I am so glad to have you all with us along the way!
We have some great content coming your way this month. As we are fully settling into Autumn we have some great tips to keep your skin looking radiant and an Autumnal beauty edit, smokey eyes and dark lips are in - and not just for Halloween! We also have an inspiring read from Raakhee Tailor, Founder of Wild Saint London and host of the Sustainable Founders Podcast. If you missed our thoughts on the podcast you can read that here!
If you are looking for new fashion inspiration, we have collated our top Male Influencers to follow. They can certainly teach us a thing or two about styling.
We hope you enjoy this month's content. Every Share and recommendation means so much.
EDITORS PICKS
SARDONYX FIRE - & OTHER STORIES - BUY
BY THE FIREPLACE - REPLICA, MAISON MARGIELA - BUY
With the seasonal change, my lighter summer fragrances have been replaced with my winter go-to. Sardonyx Fire from & Other Stories is a hidden gem, with warm notes of Amber this perfume is perfect for the season. Replica By The Fireplace is a cult classic, and as the name suggests leaves a smokey scent with undertones of vanilla. There is nothing quite like it.
GANNI - BOU BAG, BURGUNDY - BUY
If you caught our Style Edit then you will know Cherry Red is everywhere this season. The Ganni Bou bag comes in a huge range of colours but this new Burgandy colourway has been living rent-free in my mind. A perfect addition to any winter outfit in my opinion!
UNCANNY - SPOTIFY PODCAST
As we draw in on Halloween I have the perfect companion for your morning commute or to keep you company whilst working. If you're listening at home I suggest keeping a light on. Danny Robins presents the Uncanny Podcast - you can find it on Spotify. He interviews and retells his guest's personal ghost stories alongside speaking to both a sceptic and a believer for their take on the happenings. One for everyone to enjoy, whether you believe in ghosts or not!
