I don’t know about you, but one trend I’m loving at the moment is leopard print. This fun print has made a big comeback over the past year, with high-street and higher-end brands alike offering clothes and accessories in this pattern.

So, if you’ve just bought your first leopard piece or are still on the fence about this one, here are five outfit ideas featuring this midi leopard print skirt from M&S to give you a bit of styling inspo.

M&S - £29.50

Summer Holidays

This flowy midi skirt is perfect for the warmer weather and the first thing I thought of when I saw it was a sunny European city break. To capture the summer vibes, pair with a simple vest, straw bag and your comfiest pair of sandals. Top off the look with some signature sunnies and you’re ready to take in the sights.

Coquette Look

The coquette aesthetic is another fashion trend taking off online at the moment - think bows, oversized collars and dainty ballet flats. I think bringing leopard print to a more feminine look brings a more grown-up twist to this sweet aesthetic. This white blouse from Ganni fits the trend perfectly, and this scrunchie from Damson Madder keeps the girly vibes going. Add some edginess to the look with studded flats and sunglasses and you’re good to go.

Pop of Red

Red is definitely the colour of the season and you can combine these two trends into one look by adding red accessories and accents to your outfit. This is also a good opportunity to try the ‘sandwich’ styling method, where you coordinate parts of your outfit, like your top (or hair accessory in this case) and shoes to create a cohesive look.

Denim & Leopard

This one might not be for everyone, but I think denim and leopard print are a match made in heaven. I’ve gone for a more modest, everyday look here - maybe even for the office on a hot day - but you could also pair this skirt with a denim waistcoat and cowboy boots for a festival or an oversized tee and denim jacket for summer evenings in pub gardens.

Cool & Casual

Speaking of oversized t-shirts, styling a flowy skirt like this with a baggy graphic tee is the ultimate cool girl formula. Comfort is key here so add a funky pair of trainers and your favourite bag. If you’re feeling brave, get creative with your colours and t-shirt design and see what combos you can come up with.

So there you have it, 5 ways to add a pinch of leopard print to your life. Let us know your favourite look!
