Menswear SPRING / SUMMER 24

If you are searching for news on the most recent men’s fashion then look no further! To mark the closing of men’s Paris Fashion Week shows, I have collected the most notable runway pieces and designers from Spring 2024 menswear!

Alexander McQueen

Black? Yellow?… Or both? Starting off strong with a collection I’d like to call my favourite this season, Alexander Mcqueen, this year we have been brought classic style monochromatic tailoring for their new 2024 Spring/Summer collection which shows predominantly solid black outfits with an occasional pop of bright colour such as yellow, pink and hints of white.

Craig Green

Craig Green is one of the designers whose collections I look forward to seeing the most, he’s constantly coming up with new ways to reinvent his distinct craft of “making two things happen at once”. For this season’s collection, the Central Saint Martins graduate presented us with a series of pieces that come in pairs. As well as being a collaboration with the sportswear brand Adidas, this avant-garde collection also marks 10 years of the brand.

Thom Browne

Turning heads at Paris haute couture once again, Thom Browne has proved that the grey suit truly has no creative expiry date. With clear inspiration from underwater life and feathered-winged creatures, we are shown the limitless possibilities of pushing the “genderless” boundaries through American-influenced tailored sportswear.

SF1OG

Sustainable, genderless and Berlin-based emerging label Sf1og has taken inspiration from the past and equestrian for their latest collection presented in the German capital earlier this month. Using the art of upcycling, the brand repurposes old pieces turning them into new artisanal ready-to-wear runway collections.

William Fan

From Berlin S/S 24, a designer who really stood out was William Fan! As a fairly fresh name on the high-end fashion scene, William Fan have created a name for themselves in the industry by merging influences from both Chinese and European fashion by pushing the boundaries of traditional tailoring and incorporating unique prints and they did not disappoint with their latest runway collection!
