SUSTAINABLE FOUNDERS PODCAST:

HOSTED BY RAAKHEE TAILOR

I have recently had the joy of speaking with Raakhee Tailor, founder of Wild Saint London and Host of The Sustainable Founders Podcast. We will be diving deeper into the Wild Saint brand in an upcoming newsletter but for now, we throw a spotlight on what can only be described as an insightful and inspiring listen. Being introduced to new brands by the founders themselves makes this podcast one to follow.

Notably, episode 2 introduces us to Kresse Wesling the co-Founder of Elvis & Kresse who have created luxury goods from decommissioned fire hoses. Whilst discussing their own sustainability journey Kresse quotes;

“I woke up and decided not to go back to sleep”

An eye-opening and in some parts a raw take on being a founder of a sustainable business. Throughout the other episodes, Raakhee explores company transparency, and personal ethics whilst educating us as consumers, a gentle reminder to slow down and evaluate our habits.

If you are looking to add to your little black book of sustainable brands or broaden your podcast playlist it is high on the recommendation list. An utterly refreshing listen in the midst of the consumerism noise.
